Cancellations & Returns Policy
You have the right to cancel your order up until the item(s) are despatched. Please let us know as soon as you can by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org or by using our online contact form.
Once your order is shipped, we are unable to retrieve or change any details regarding delivery and cancellations are unable to be made. You can however, ship the item(s) back to us once received for a refund but the original shipping charge cannot be refunded.
We're sorry to hear if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. Item(s) returned within 14 business days are entitled to a full refund minus the original delivery charge. We do not offer refunds on items that are returned after 14 business days but can be exchanged with an item of similar value.

Returned items should be unused and unworn (if applicable) and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will be happy to exchange the item.
Please note: Goods will only be accepted for return if we have been notified prior to them being returned within 14 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise. If the item appears to have been worn or is not in the same condition as when it was sent, we have the right to refuse a refund and the items will be returned back to you.The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made. Please note we will refund an item if it is faulty, after a thorough check of the item. Please allow 7 working days for a refund to be processed.
