How do I know if you ship to my country?
We try and ship to most countries worldwide. However, if we have been unsuccessful in the past, or have had a large amount of parcels lost to a particular region, then we will remove it as a shipping destination. This is to protect ourselves and our customers. When at 'checkout' you can select your country from the drop down box. If your country is not available please contact us using the online form or email contact@blackwhiteboutique.com. We will resolve this as soon as possible so you can checkout.

How much does shipping and handling cost?
Delivery is free within the UK on orders over £40 and £60 internationally.

Outside of Europe - £3.95
Within Europe - £3.45
United Kingdom - £1.80

Shipping is calculated by the weight and size of the item(s) in your basket.

How long will it take to dispatch my order?
If you order within the week we aim to dispatch your order within 2 working days. However, if you order on a Friday or a weekend your order will be shipped out on the following Monday. Our collection dates are on Monday and Thursday so please bare this in mind when placing your order.

How can I track my order?
Unfortunately you can't on orders below £60, as we use the fastest and cheapest method of shipping. However, if you would like a rough estimate on when your parcel should arrive please fill in our online contact form or email contact@blackwhiteboutique.com. For all orders over £60 then please contact us and we will provide you with your tracking number.

How long will it take to ship?
Shipping to the UK takes 2-3 business days after the shipping date. All orders anywhere else worldwide will take up to 12 business days. (this excludes weekends and bank holidays). Please note these are guidelines given by Royal Mail. Therefore, in the event of any disruptions some parcels may be delayed.

What if my parcel doesn't arrive within the estimated time period?
During public holidays; bank holidays and festive periods, parcels may take longer. This is usually due to the vast amount of parcels going through customs. If you are worried about how long a parcel is taking please contact us via our online contact form or email contact@blackwhiteboutique.com.

It has been a month and still no sign of my parcel?
In an event that a parcel doesn't arrive within 20 days from the date of shipment (EU) and 25 Days (Worldwide) please contact us. Please note that these are business working days and it excludes weekends and bank holidays.

How do I know how much the items are in my currency?
You can view our products in GBP, USD, CAD, AUD, EUR and BRL. Simply click on GBP at the top right hand side of our website and switch to your preferred currency. For those currencies not displayed, we usually use an online currency converter to convert the prices from GBP. Just google 'currency converter'. Our prices are in (GBP). Alternatively, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will convert the prices for you.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Paypal and any major Credit and Debit Cards.

I have paid using an eCheck, what happens now?
We will ship your order once the eCheck has cleared. This usually takes 5-7 days.

The item I want is out of stock, when will I be able to purchase it?
All of our items are replaced and updated every month. If you would like to be notified when an item comes back into stock please contact us using our online contact form or email contact@blackwhiteboutique.com.
